30-day returns

Changed your mind? Send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging.

How to start a return

1. Email us with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We'll send you return instructions.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you — no need to send it back at your own cost.

Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
