ProShield Warranty

12-month coverage

Every ProShield product is covered for 12 months from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects — including magnet failure, seam splits, and button or frame defects.

What's covered

• Weakened or detached MagSafe magnets
• Cracked or split case frames under normal use
• Cables and chargers that stop working under normal use

What's not covered

• Normal cosmetic wear (scuffs, scratches, discolouration)
• Damage from misuse, water exposure, or third-party modification

Making a claim

Email us your order number and a photo of the issue. Approved claims are replaced free of charge.

This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
